Many people are interested in the question of how to make wine yourself. The process of selecting ingredients is described below, the best recipes are provided, and the features of storing blanks are indicated.
Selection and preparation of ingredients
The main ingredient of the wine is prunes, obtained by drying the plum in natural conditions, due to which it retains all the useful vitamins and trace elements: provitamin A, PP, ascorbic acid, B vitamins, iron, potassium, selenium, magnesium, zinc, copper and manganese as well as fiber. Prune wine prepared according to certain rules will be not only tasty, but also healthy.
Did you know? In 2003, Richard Zhulin (a well-known sommelier) was able to recognize 43 varieties of wine from 50 offered only by smell, which allowed him to become an absolute champion in this competition.
For the preparation of wine, you can take prunes obtained from any kind of plum, but the best is Hungarian. Fruits must be selected whole, without visible damage, so that they are not rotten and moldy. The container, without fail, is washed with boiling water and sterilized. This prevents the wort from becoming infected with pathogenic microflora. Prune wine can be prepared with or without sourdough.
