Selection and preparation of ingredients
When buying these mushrooms, it is recommended to choose fruits of medium or small size with elastic flesh. Large, most often old chanterelles can be bitter and shriveled. However, the characteristic bitterness disappears during prolonged heat treatment. If you pick mushrooms yourself, it is important not to confuse them with false ones. - Prepare a deep bowl for kneading pizza dough. It is necessary to take flour, water, olive oil, yeast, 1 tsp. table salt and mix thoroughly until a uniform lump of dough is formed.
- Cover the bowl with the dough with a towel or plastic wrap and put it in a warm place while preparing the filling (about 30 minutes).
- Turn on the oven, set the temperature to + 240 ° C and leave to warm up.
- Pour refined vegetable oil into the pan, peel and dice the onions.
- Throw in advance boiled chanterelles and chopped onions into a pan, fry over medium heat until golden brown. Do not forget to stir so that the products do not burn. Salt, try and let the filling cool.
- Wash and dry the tomato with paper towels, cut it into rings.
- Cut mozzarella cheese into slices. It is allowed to disassemble it into fibers and rub on a coarse grater.
- Sprinkle the table and hands with flour, get the dough. Slowly stretch it into a thin layer with your hands, gradually making it thinner. The ideal workpiece thickness is up to 5 mm.
