Breeders from the US state of Florida have great news for those who love potato dishes, but try not to eat them too often because of their high carbohydrate content.
According to US agricultural experts, the innovative potato variety that they managed to produce contains 30 percent less carbohydrates than tubers that are familiar to the world.
