The launching ceremony of the fishing trawler with the poetic name “Andromeda” was held in the Leningrad Region on the basis of the Pella shipbuilding company.

And here it should be noted that the Andromeda is not an ordinary boat for fishing, but a real farm both for fishing bottom fish and for processing catch.

It will not be superfluous to emphasize that for Russian fishing workers the launch of such a trawler is a real milestone in professional history. After all, the freezing trawler in question is a safe vessel, which contributes to the environmentally friendly development of fisheries and is an important part of non-waste production of fish products.

It is already known that Russian consumers will be able in the very near future to appreciate the high quality of products that were manufactured on board the Andromeda. Andrei Yakovlev, acting head of the North-Western Territorial Administration of the Federal Agency for Fishing, is absolutely sure of this.

He also emphasized that in the next five years Rosrybolovstvo plans to build at least a hundred vessels similar to Andromeda and above to engage and develop in the fishing industry both a small fleet and professional specialized boats for catching a wide variety of fish species.
