Members of the committee at the Legislative Assembly of the Chelyabinsk Region took into account a number of innovations in the law "On Administrative Offenses."
In particular, amendments to the legislative document will soon be considered, implying high fines and administrative responsibility by farmers in the region for bringing their cattle to live on city lawns and flower beds.
In accordance with the proposed innovations, the initiators intend to demand amendments to the law "On Administrative Offenses" in force in the Chelyabinsk Region.
And then high fines will become a measure of regulation of the correct grazing of farm animals. So, for the fact that farmers will bring their horned and tailed wards to lawns and similar structures, you have to fork out.
Civilians risk spending at least one thousand to pay fines, and at most three thousand rubles, and legal entities will have to pay from fifty to one hundred thousand rubles for similar actions.
It is reported that the adoption of the bill is scheduled for the June session of the Legislative Assembly, where innovations are planned to be adopted immediately in the first reading.
