In six months, a draft law is expected to be approved in Russia, which will certainly please the owners of vegetable and meat shops. This was reported by employees of the Ministry of Industry of the Russian Federation.
According to the head of the department, Denis Manturov, the documentation in the framework of this bill has already been developed and entered into the state register. If the relevant law is passed, then those farmers who sell their products from mobile counters, as well as from food trucks and kiosks, will receive not only generous funding for the development of their non-standard trading activities, but also all kinds of assistance from the state. Provided that the goods will meet all quality standards adopted in the Russian Federation.
“In Russia, the volume of retail space is noticeably inferior to that of advanced countries,” says the Minister of Industry. - The difference is enormous: almost twice, and not in favor of the Russian Federation. In this regard, my colleagues and I intend to help ensure that more than 200 billion rubles are invested in the industry over the next three years. According to our preliminary estimates, this will bring the country's trade to a qualitatively new level. ”
The Minister emphasizes that investments in the business of those farmers who sell their vegetables, bakery and meat and dairy products from the hood of a car or from a mobile counter will help representatives of domestic agriculture to provide jobs for interested Russians and sell several thousand tons more agricultural products.
