Last week ended for the breeders of the Republic of Udmurtia on an informative note - PJ Budler, who is considered a recognized expert in the livestock keeping industry in the United States of America and around the world, arrived in the region.
Budler arrived in Udmurtia at the invitation of representatives of the local Ministry of Agriculture and Food and held an informative seminar for local farmers.
He shared with cattle breeders novelties from the world of the industry, as part of master classes he helped the Udmurts learn the technique of evaluating the exterior of cattle representatives (in particular, on cows of the Hereford breed) and without hiding said everything that he knows, based on his personal experience, about the production of marbled beef .It is not superfluous to note that PJ Budler is the development manager for the large-scale American agro-industrial holding Trans Ova Genetics and heads the Texas-based meat production company TheCattleMarket.net LLC.
During the seminars for Udmurt cattle breeders, he visited the farm of Mikhail Kiselyov, a well-known livestock breeder in the region, who is involved in breeding Hereford cows.Today, Kiselev’s assets include about two hundred cows.
