Researchers at the gardening station in Melitopol were able to pick up special peach varieties to create a productive “conveyor”.

The continuous fruiting of different types of peach trees in one territory will be able to provide farmers with goods for many weeks.

The breeders of the M.F. Sidorenko Institute of Irrigated Horticulture realized that if you add the classic foreign peach “Redhaven” to the varieties bred in Yalta, on the territory of the Nikitsky Botanical Garden, you can build a so-called “conveyor”, which will be from early summer to late September bear fruit and market large quantities of sweet fruits.

Among other varieties, farmers plan to use in their conveyor such fruitful types of peach as: Crimean fireworks, "Ambassador of the World", "Fairy Tale", "Early June". Virinea ”,“ Golden Moscow ”,“ Ivan Tupitsyn ”,“ Golden ”,“ Gift of the steppe ”and“ Wizard ”. Fruiting, according to forecasts of Melitopol agrarians, will begin on June 10 with the maturation of super early varieties. And the harvest season will end on the twentieth of September with a crop of Redhaven fruits.
