Known in Siberia, the NiTa meat processing company plans in the very near future to begin construction of a plant in the Tyumen region, the main profile of which will be the production of gastronomic products from deer meat. New workshops will be based on the territory of the Bogandinsky industrial complex, which is located in Tyumen.

According to analysts from the infrastructure sector of the Tyumen region, investors intend to invest more than 35 million rubles in the construction of the plant. The final construction work will be completed in 2020, and then the company will begin work. It is planned to produce five hundred tons of products per year. In the assortment that the plant will offer to buyers, it will be possible to find not only semi-finished venison and offal, but also diet venison sausages, pastes, basturma, stew and even meat chips made from meat of noble horned animals.

Investors intend to sell these products on the trading floors of Russia, as well as export products to European stores, to China and the Middle East.
