In the first months of 2020, a new champignon plant will be commissioned in the Moscow Region. It is known that the large-scale mushroom farm of the Bogorodsky Vegetables trading house will be based in the city of Elektrostal.
At the moment, builders have reached the finish line of the construction of a unique enterprise. The completion of construction, equipment and commissioning of the equipment is scheduled for the end of this year.
Such information was shared with the public by the head of the Moscow Region Ministry of Agriculture, Andrei Razin, at a press conference in the Russian capital.
The Minister also emphasized that the mushroom farm will be located on territories with a total area of 4.1 hectares. The enterprise will have twenty-four cameras in size exceeding twenty-three thousand square meters.
At the moment, it is already known that each year the mushroom farm near Moscow will launch at least five thousand tons of products on the market.
To implement a project for the production of champignons in Elektrostal, investments in the amount of about one and a half billion rubles were required.
It will not be superfluous to note that it is the Moscow Region that is the leader in mushroom production against the background of other regions of the Russian Federation.
