Onega tractor factory expects revival and “replenishment”. Very soon, a branch of the Belarusian production of agricultural machinery will join in its work.

“By investing a little less than 19 billion rubles in the creation of the new branch, we plan to expand the capacities of the Onega plant,” Belarusian investors say. This information was published in preparation for a large-scale holiday in honor of the centennial of the Karelia region, where the tractor plant is located.

At the moment, issues related to the resumption of the Onega enterprise, which was suspended several years ago due to lack of investment, are being resolved. The revival of the plant was facilitated by employees of the Amkodor enterprise from Belarus. Both parties concluded an agreement on the establishment of a branch that will provide work for about 500 residents of Karelia.

It should be noted that for more than 90 years of existence, the Amkodor company has established itself as a reputable manufacturer of agricultural and industrial equipment. Amkodor’s leadership is positioning its product as “tomorrow’s technique.”
