This year, the Republic of Belarus intends to gain about two million dollars from the sale of beef to the foreign market.

We are talking about red meat of the highest quality, which refers to the so-called premium food class, as well as animal breeding meat breeds.

Based on the decree of President Alexander Lukashenko, the majority of livestock farms in the country today are engaged in the breeding of this cattle.

It is known that today Belarusian suppliers send high-quality meat to the market of the Russian Federation, as well as to wholesale buyers of Georgia and Kazakhstan.

Hereford Cow Breed

In these countries, meat and livestock of such breeds of cows as Limousines, Herefords, Aberdeen Angus and Charolais are most in demand.

It is reported that today the Republic of Belarus is also seriously considering cooperation with Mongolian buyers and representatives of Tajikistan, since the export of red meat to these countries promises good prospects for Belarusian herders.

The meat of Belarusian cows was also liked by Chinese consumers, who took the product for testing and were very satisfied. The gourmets of the Celestial Empire especially liked marbled beef from the Republic of Belarus, the production of which is possible only if the cows of the above elite breeds are raised.
