Experts from Rospotrebnadzor, enlisting the support of representatives of the Ministry of the Interior and employees of the Moscow District Prosecutor's Office in St. Petersburg, conducted a test raid at one of the well-known Russian meat processing plants.The auditors arrived at BioRM LLC, which is located on Moskovsky Highway, and found a lot of violations and inconsistencies with quality and hygiene standards.

So, during the raid, it turned out that the employees of the enterprise ignore the temperature conditions in production shops and warehouses. There is no question of cleaning the territory of production premises - there is not even a water supply in the workshops.

In addition to the terrible dirt at the enterprise, numerous rat nests were discovered. Production tables were littered with meat without any marking and indication of origin and shelf life.

Foam insulation, which is sheathed in production workshops, is intensively showered directly on the tables of manufacturers.

Now experts from competent services and departments are deciding the fate of the enterprise and the measure of restraint to the representatives of the administration of BioRM LLC.
