At home, they should be sorted so that only strong young fruits remain, divided into large and small in different containers.

Boiled
You can freeze not only raw mushrooms, they can be boiled before that. During this process, the mushrooms must be thoroughly washed. Fried / stewed

- Next, the mushrooms are laid out in portioned bags and release air as much as possible. Each bag can be thawed once. When defrosting again, the mushrooms will lose their taste.
The process of stewing mushrooms is similar to the previous one. Initially, they are thoroughly washed and laid out in a pan. After this, add a small amount of water and cover, leaving for 20 minutes. Put ready mushrooms on a colander to make glass water, then put them in bags and freeze them.
How to unfreeze honey mushrooms
Depending on the form in which the crop was frozen, defrosting will differ. Firstly, raw-frozen fruits should not be left at room temperature. They should be thawed in the refrigerator for 8-10 hours. After this, you need to get the package and leave it for another 2-3 hours on the table.
Secondly, after defrosting such mushrooms, they should be dried with a towel, use only after heat treatment. Honey mushrooms that have been frozen in processed form do not require prolonged defrosting. They can be taken 1-2 hours before cooking and thawed in hot water.
