Champignon - is widely distributed in all countries of the world. It is prepared as an independent dish or combined with other products. One of these variations is the combination of pasta, mushrooms and shrimp, which diversifies your daily menu and helps to surprise guests if you need to quickly organize a small feast.
Selection and preparation of ingredients
When buying mushrooms, carefully inspect them: the surface of the hats and legs should be uniform white in color, with no signs of mold or rot. Also evaluate the structure of the product. All parts of a quality fruit are dense, do not crumble.Regarding pasta, it is better to give preference to vermicelli made from durum wheat. It is less caloric and does not stick together after cooking. The ingredients for the dishes in question do not require long preparation, which is undoubtedly a big plus when you need to quickly cook dinner.
Important! Shrimps bought chilled must not be frozen repeatedly (such a product should be consumed as quickly as possible after purchase). The fact is that it is impossible to bring these products to our country fresh, so if the store offers chilled seafood, it has previously been frozen.
Shrimp and mushroom pasta in creamy sauce
The dish in question is prepared on the basis of pasta. This does not have to be Italian pasta: it is allowed to use any kind of pasta (to your taste). Below you can find several options for preparing this hearty dish.
Paste

- Shrimp clear of heads and shells. Out of 530 g of products after such processing, approximately 160 g will remain
- Wash the mushrooms and cut into slices.
- Grind garlic and mozzarella. Put boiling water for pasta.
- Heat the pan, pour oil into it and put the garlic in it. In a separate pan, fry the mushrooms until golden brown.
- After 30 seconds, add shrimp to the garlic, mix lightly. Sprinkle with basil, paprika, salt. Also add salt to the mushrooms and send them to the shrimp.
- Stir all ingredients, add cream, mozzarella, grated parmesan. Simmer for 8 minutes.
- Salt water for pasta to taste. Cook the fettuccine according to the instructions on the package.
- Discard the paste in a colander, then place on plates. Place 2-3 tbsp on top. l sauce.

- Finely chop the garlic and mushrooms. Heat the pan, pour oil, then put the garlic in it. Brown it to a light golden color.
- Add mushrooms to the garlic, salt them and pepper. Fry for 5-7 minutes, stirring constantly.
- After the specified time, pour the shrimp to the garlic-mushroom mixture. Passing 2 minutes.
- Pour the whole mass with cream and reduce the heat. The main task is that they do not boil, but evenly warm up. Add mustard, spices, flour, mix thoroughly.
- After the mixture begins to boil, cover the pan and simmer for 10 minutes, then remove from heat. Then boil water for spaghetti.
- Turn on the fire in the sauce. Spaghetti recline in a colander, and then move into a pan. Stir the whole mass and hold on the fire for another 2 minutes.
- Arrange the finished dish on plates, sprinkle with grated parmesan.

- Peel and finely chop the garlic.
- Boil pasta, according to the instructions on the package.
- Heat the pan, add 2 tbsp. olive and 50 g butter. Brown the garlic until light golden brown. Immediately add the shrimp, fry them on each side for 30 seconds.
- To the remains of the oil with garlic add a glass of wine, 2 tbsp. lemon zest, pepper. Evaporate the liquid until half of the original volume remains.
- Add cream, grated cheese, salt, pepper to wine to taste. Boil for about 5 minutes without stopping stirring.
- Throw boiled pasta into a colander, let them drain, transfer to a deep container. Pour the horns with half the sauce, mix.
- Arrange the vermicelli on plates, place several shrimps on top, pour 2 tbsp. sauce and sprinkle with herbs.
