Having lost his job, in 2018 Igor decided to establish his own business. “I wanted to do something of my own, not to be dependent on the employer, to develop my own business. Since I like to cook, I founded a family creamery,” said Igor Kirilyuk.
The immigrant filed a grant from the International Organization for Migration and received equipment - a press for squeezing seeds. The entrepreneur made his business the production of oils - pumpkin, linseed, sesame, coconut, walnut oil. In addition to their manufacture, he tells people about the features of using the product, conducts educational work.“I make live oil - it is directly pressed, without heat treatment,” said the entrepreneur. “Now more and more people are switching to proper nutrition, my product is also designed for them. For example, coconut oil is very useful, suitable for pancakes, at a temperature of 25 ° It’s liquid, and if the temperature is lower, it’s like butter. "
In addition to oil, Igor Kirilyuk plans to purchase additional equipment and expand his production line. “I will make butter with various flavors - fried poppy with black pepper creates an amazing aroma, you can also make salt with lemon, cherry for pickling meat and fish, other new products,” Igor shared his plans. Now oil from an entrepreneur from Mariupol is bought by people from different regional centers of Ukraine. Igor Kirilyuk seeks to develop a culture of consumption in the Donetsk region. For this, the entrepreneur will take part in various exhibitions and festivals to tell people about the benefits of using a natural oil product.
