Deputies of the Sverdlovsk region did not remain aloof from the hardships of ordinary people and took up the solution to the problem of the "smelly" "Sredneuralskaya poultry factory".
Local residents repeatedly complained about this enterprise, forced to inhale its miasma with full breasts. To solve this “bad-smelling” issue, the deputies plan to gather at an away meeting, as stated in the message of Vyacheslav Wegner.
According to him, the population is tired of the smell of droppings, which the poultry farm takes to the fields in the dark.
Chicken litter is very toxic. Getting on the leaves, stems and roots of plants, it can cause severe burns. Therefore, it is used in diluted form or applied to the soil in the fall.
Poultry workers explain their actions with instructions from senior management located in Chelyabinsk, apparently hiding there from the ubiquitous smell of chicken excrement. According to Wegner, there is probably nothing to breathe in the factory and its owners decided to let everyone around feel the joy of stench.
A criminal case was opened against the head of the organization, accusing him of violating the rules for storage of waste, which is why the environment is polluted.
At the same time, the accused was aware of the filling of the litter storage in Sredneuralsk, but he persistently brought there the waste of hens. This entailed their spill and falling into the soil, as a result of which the environmental damage amounted to 14.5 million rubles.
